Overview: PCS currently has several annual contracts with Hillsborough County to provide stormwater maintenance emergency repairs and new drainage installation throughout Hillsborough County. PCS has completed hundreds of stormwater drainage projects in the last several years totaling more than $25 million dollars.The projects include emergency response to storm drain failures and excessive erosion issues that pose a risk to public safety.
